GREAT HELP

this book helped me in the class and has a lot of examples and step by step. it also comes with a cheat sheet in the back of the book that way you dont have to keep looking through the chapters for the formula which was a great help and time saver

This is a very easy to understand textbook. I used it for a course I had previously taken at a different school and found it much easier than my previous textbook. Strangely, the chapters use almost the exact same answers for most of their problems. I suppose it's for simplicity, but it would have been nice to see a better variety. I feel like Chapters 8 and 10 could have been explained a little better though. Some of the answers to the extra problems, shown in the last few pages of the book, are incorrect. I'm not sure if this is a flaw for some books, or if it's a flaw for every book in the 10th edition. My professor verified the answers were incorrect. Otherwise, a good book! I wish I had bought this book instead of renting it, because it's just that helpful.

This book shows you step by step how to solve may of the math problems you encounter in nursing. I have been out of school for over 20 years and could not remember how to do many of the problems, but this book has helped me a great deal. If you are taking some type of math class for the health field, this book is for you.
